Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products full refunds are limited to 72 hours prior to the time of delivery of plants. Any number of plants can also be returned DIRECTLY to the driver while on-site with the exception of full packages losing a $175 administration fee. Once delivery driver has left the property plants are no longer returnable or refundable.

PLANTS can be returned AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY by returning them to the delivery driver / on the delivery truck which they are delivered on. Once plants have been received on site and signed off on by the recipient no refunds or exchanges are allowed. 

One gallon plants will be small and immature at time of delivery. The majority of native plants adapt and grow very quickly once properly transplanted in well prepared soil. A 5-10% loss of plant life is not uncommon due to the shock of transplant. Adequate drainage is essential to the health and survival of drought tolerant plants.

We deliver FULL SIZE plant products from local growers. Delivery is free for any purchase over $599. Driveway drops wherever possible.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Because of the perishable nature of our products, plants can not be stored in shipping yards or on delivery trucks for more than a few hours. And because plants are full size they must be moved on large trucks, that use a lot of gas. Which is why we encourage customers to buy more plants in bulk packages at once, to save on fossil fuel waste and the time-sensitive labor required to move them. 

Curbside delivery is standard. Narrow or steep driveways or homes on roads without adequate turnarounds may not qualify for driveway drops. In this case product will be dropped at closest possible location and client or worker must meet driver to retrieve it.

All of Los Angeles, Camarillo, Santa Barbara, Greater Orange County, Inland Empire, Greater San Diego, Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Greater San Jose, Sacramento and Chico. Contact us if you are outside of these areas, we may be able to deliver to other California addresses too.

SCHEDULE DELIVERY: We deliver in as little as 5 days and up to 30. Just enter your preferred delivery date at checkout and we'll get back to you with the current plant list for your item - based off your local designated grower's availability - as soon as possible.
WEEKDAY DELIVERIES ONLY: Please alert us of your delivery date at checkout. Receive an approximate 2-hour delivery window the night before or morning of. Deliveries occur between 7 AM - 3 PM *wherever possible. Most deliveries made in morning.
BE HOME: You (or your trusted helper) must be home to sign off on receipt - and in cases of plant packs - move plants to a safe and partially shaded location.
LAYOUT PLANS: Layout plans are included with every plant pack purchase. Plans and install guides are delivered to your email inbox within 3-5 days of purchase.
