Because we deliver sensitive living material products cannot be returned once delivery is complete. Live items may only be returned while delivery truck is onsite.
Free Delivery Over $500
We deliver FULL SIZE plant products from local growers. Curbside delivery is standard for any purchase over $500. Driveway drops wherever possible. Narrow or steep driveways or homes on roads without adequate turnarounds may not qualify for driveway drops. In this case product will be dropped at closest possible location and client or worker must meet driver to retrieve it.

All of Los Angeles, Camarillo, Santa Barbara, Greater Orange County, Inland Empire, Greater San Diego, Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Greater San Jose, Sacramento and Chico. Contact us if you are outside of these areas, we may be able to deliver to other California addresses too.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PLANT MATERIAL: PLEASE INSPECT PLANT/SOD MATERIAL UPON ARRIVAL. Ideally before plants or sod are taken off the truck's loading ramp or hand truck. If you don't like the look of any plant or sod material it can be returned for a refund while delivery driver is on-site ONLY. Refunds up to %65 of total product value upon return to cover administrative and delivery fees. The plants must go back on the truck they came on for refund. Refunds are issued within one week via the payment method provided at checkout.
EXCHANGE POLICY: Unfortunately, due to shipping logistics, we are unable to offer replacements/exchanges at this time. If plant material suffers extreme health loss within the first 24 hours, while being stored in temperatures below 90 degrees and in part shade, than refunds for deficient plant material may be issued at vendor's discretion. Photographic documentation must be provided.
PLAN CUSTOMIZATIONS: Plan Customizations are non-refundable after 24 hours from time of purchase.
GIFTS: Giftcards are non-refundable at this time. Artwork is fully refundable if returned via mail to the provided address.
